i think it depends on the item, but for a photo frame, give it at least 5-7 business days to be safe. You might wanna check their site, they have a delivery faq.

Not really, no. They don't send proofs. You just upload your design/photo and trust they'll get it right. Make sure your pic is high quality!

Returns for custom stuff are usually tough with any company, Giftopia included. afaik, if it's personalized, you can only return it if *they* messed up the engraving or something.

They do offer cash on delivery for some items, but not all personalized stuff. And sometimes there's an extra fee for COD. Better check the product page.

I've used both Giftopia and IGP. For custom apparel, Giftopia's prints felt a bit more durable on a t-shirt I got. IGP was fine, but Giftopia felt a notch better for the price.
